Crop Policies
Friday Night Crops:
- A minimum of 4 people must be signed up (and paid) by the Wednesday prior to the crop
- Sign up by phone or come into the store
- Fee includes the use of tools available in crop area. Cricut use will be allowed with a Sales Associates assistance
Weekday Crops:
- Monday through Thursday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Reservations are not necesssary; it will be first come, first served
- $5.00 fee will be charged and credited toward any same day purchase
Weekend Crops:
- Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Reservations are not necessary; it wil be first come, first served
- $5.00 fee will be charged and credited toward any same day purchase
Parties
Whether it is a birthday party for your child, a Bridal Shower for your girlfriend or a Mom's Night Out we have a large area to have your party!! The following is just a general guideline for our party policy. We customize all parties to fit your specific needs. Please call the store for more details and to reserve your party date and time.
YOUNG SCRAPPER'S BIRTHDAY PACKAGE:
- Exclusive use of our room for 2 hours
- Materials (adhesives, papers, embellishments, etc) provided for one mini-album or one 6 x 6 album per child
- Consultation on project in order to individualize the album for the party
- Sales Associate available to start the project with the party and provide guidance as needed
- Theme to be selected by the birthday child
- $15.00- $25.00 per child (depending on complexity of project)
- Pizza, soda, cake and decoration provided upon request (additional $10.00 charge per child)
BRIDAL SHOWER PACKAGE:
- Exclusive use of our room for 3 hours
- Materials (adhesives, papers, embellishments, etc) provided for one 12 x 12 album to be selected from in-store stock by customer
- Theme will also be selected by customer
- Consultation on project in order to individualize the album for the bride-to-be
- Sales Associate available to start the project with the party and provide guidance as needed
- Appetizers and beverages included
- $80.00 - $90.00 per hour depending on complexity of project
MOM'S NIGHT OUT
- Exclusive use of room for 5 hours
- Available any night of the week providing there are no other events
- Maximum of 11 people (that's 1 person per 5 foot table!!)
We can also schedule a custom party for your group to use our crop area along with the use of our Cricut, Xyron, Klic-n-Kut, scanner, photo editor and large format printer. We will provide a Sales Associate to assist you with the use of these machines and will also help with a specific project if desired. Please call the store for details.
