Welcome to Memories Live On!

At Memories Live On we carry everything you need to scrapbook, make cards and invitations, or create any other paper craft project.  We carry cardstock in a variety of colors and textures as well as patterned papers, stamps, stamping accessories, tools, and more.   If you need some creative inspiration we can provide that too!  We are conveniently located in Cupertino, minutes from San Jose, Santa Clara, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Palo Alto, Mountain View and Sunnyvale.  Please browse through our site to see all of the services we offer.  You can also check out what we have in stock by visiting our online store Scrapbooking Supplies R Us.

Memory Board Services
If you have a graduating senior and you are panicking over making a memory board, take a deep breath and give us a call!  We offer several options with regards to the memory boards:
  1. $10 Crop Room Use - Come by and use our table space and tools to make your memory board on your own.  You'll have access to a variety of punches, trimmers, and die cutting machines to cut out shapes and letters.
  2. $35 1 Hour Consultation - One of our staff members will get you started with your project.  You must come with your photos and any embellishments you wish to use.  (We have embellishments for purchase at the store of course.)  We will help you design the look and layout of your board.
  3. $75 Complete Board Consultation - One of our staff members will sit with you from start to finish to complete your board.  This process usually takes 3-4 hours. You need to bring your photos and any other items you wish to include.  Extra papers and embellishments can be purchased at the store.
  4. $100 "We Know You Don't Have Time, So We'll Do It For You" - Bring your photos and any other items you wish to see on the board.  Sit with us for about 20 minutes and answer our questions.  Then we'll get to work and finish it for you.  We need at least a 3-day lead time.

Paper Crafter's Flea Market
Thank you to all the sellers and buyers who participated in our spring flea market.  You all help us make this event a success!  If you brought items for sale, please come by ASAP to pick up your remaining products and to select either store credit or pick up a check.  Any unsold flea market items that are still here at the end of the month will be donated.
 
Creative Kids Summer Classes
Creative Kids is a class geared for children ages seven and up (like the soda) who are interested in or have a passion for all things craft-related or for parents who need a break.   These classes will offer your child the opportunity to use a variety of mediums and learn many techniques while creating their masterpieces.  This will also offer you the opportunity for that heretofore mentioned afternoon nap. Each week's project is divided into 2 parts (hence the 2 days) and you would need to attend both to complete the project.  Classes are 2-4pm on the days listed.  You don't have to take every class to participate - you just select the projects you want to do. Class fee is $30 per project per crafter.

Something New...from something not so new
    You may have heard about Project Life or you may be in the middle of doing a Project life album yourself.  Whether you would like to get started on a Project Life album or just want to have a good time with other scrappers who have already started one, the Sampler is hosting a monthly crop for both subscribers and non-subscribers to help you in your endeavors.  The crop is also for our Sampler Kit club subscribers who want to do one of the projects shown on our blog and need a little help getting going.  Call the store to find out the dates of upcoming crops.

"Tool Time Tuesdays"...
Every Tuesday from 11am-1pm
Join one of our staff members, teachers, or designers every Tuesday for a quick project featuring various products, new and "old."  Highlighted products may be offered at 15% off, but only during the time of the make and take.  No sign up required, just drop in between the hours listed above.


  
Make and Take from January 3, 2012
...and "De-Stress Fridays"
Every Friday from 7-9pm
On Fridays, come "de-stress" with us on Friday evenings as we dabble with everything distressed, vintage, and Tim Holtz in nature.  As with most of our make and takes, you do not need to call ahead or sign up.  Simply show up between the times listed.  Just be aware that supplies may be limited for certain projects. 

Please note:  Kids are always welcome at the store.  However the make and takes are not specifically geared toward young crafters so if you are accompanied by a child during the free projects you may be given materials only for yourself and not for the child.  Whenever we can accommodate a young crafter we do.  Please check out the classes that we offer specifically for kids.   


Custom Invitations
We can't offer the same generic 8 1/2 x 11 invitations that you quarter fold and print on a computer.  That wouldn't be very crafty of us.  However, we recognize the lack of services available to people who are looking for help on invitations.  Thus we now offer custom pre-designed invitations.  Click on the image or click above for more information.  

Saturday Night Food Crops!
Time: 5pm to midnight
Cost: $20 (Dinner Included)

If you've always wanted to come to a crop night but couldn't make it on Fridays, this is the crop for you!  As with all of our crops, you'll be able to use the various tools - including the Cricut machine - that are available in the crop room.  Plus Letty will have some goodies up her sleeve as well.


Wacky Wednesdays
On Wednesdays we accept Michael's, Joanne's, and Beverly's coupons.   Some limitations apply and your total purchase must be at least $10 after any discounts are applied.  (For example, you may use a 40% coupon off of a $10 stamp, but you would need to also purchase other items to bring your total over ten dollars.)  Coupons must be current, Coupons may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Coupons are not applicable on special orders, gift certificates, custom services, Sizzix or any other dies, sale items or items on hold.  Coupons are not valid on products that we already sell at less than MSRP (regular retail price) such as Nestabilities or Copic markers (Sketch included).


Join our Design Team

Are you a "crop-a-holic"?  Do you love to play with new products?  At Memories Live On we are constantly on the lookout for Design Team members and would love to talk to you!  We have so many new products coming into the store on a weekly basis and we just don't have the time to play and design with all of them so we are looking to our creative customers to work with us.   Design Team members will get free product in exchange for their work.  Please call Vivian at the store for more details if you are interested.
